INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, & FAMILIES
Psychotherapy
Allow me to guide you to listen deeply to your embodied emotions, feel more in control of your behaviors, and to stay curious to the messages from your internal conflicts. By increasing your awareness of the present moment, we can discover how unfinished business from your past may be limiting your joy and satisfaction. We will keep our sessions feeling alive and vibrant with the option of using modalities such as dreamwork, empty chair dialogues, creative arts, sandplay, and more.

LIFE & PARENT
Coaching
Coaching is more directive than psychotherapy so I will invite you to come to sessions ready to focus and team with me to arrive at strategic solutions that fit your values and goals.
Parent Coaching focuses directly on specific issues with your children ages 18 and older. Whether you are a parenting couple or a single or divorced parent, we will work together to ease conflict, improve communication, and step aside so your children can fully evolve.
Dating Coaching - whether you need help preparing to embark on opening your life to a new person, writing your Match profile, or fine-tuning your selection-radar, I’m here to help.
Sandplay Therapy
Jungian Sandplay Therapy: A Window to Your Inner World
Have you ever watched a child absorbed in play, creating entire worlds in a sandbox? Jungian sandplay therapy taps into this natural, creative process to help adults and children alike explore their inner landscapes and promote healing and growth.
Jungian sandplay therapy is a hands-on, creative form of psychotherapy developed by Dora Kalff, based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung. In a sandplay session, you'll have the opportunity to create a three-dimensional scene in a sand tray, using miniature figures to spontaneously express your thoughts and feelings.

SUBSTANCE, FOOD, & ADDICTIVE BEHAVIOR
Recovery Coaching
To supplement your 12 step group meetings, I offer individual coaching to stay on track with your recovery process. Together we can explore the places where you feel vulnerable to relapse, incorporate new skills to meet your underlying needs, and assure you stay consistently in line with your recovery goals.
